Your prom memories might be safely tucked away in the back corner of your memory, but if the Boston Improv Festival has its way, that night will move to the front. Prom-themed scenes are on tonight's roster, along with other bits including "Men: A User's Guide." In this sketch from Amsterdam, cast members interview an audience member and present a birth-to-death routine. The festival offers three stages and more than 100 international improv, sketch, and stand-up acts. Pictured: Jackie and Hannah. Tonight’s 30-minute shows are 7-10 p.m. (through Sept. 12). $10 per show, $50 for 10 shows, $30 for five shows. ImprovBoston, 40 Prospect St., Cambridge (check website for shows at 675 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge). 617-576-1253. www.bostonimprovfest.com
