用料
奶油,黄油,蜂蜜,红糖,姜粉,小苏打,肉桂粉,低粉鸡蛋,白醋,糖粉
做法
1,黄油隔水融化,+红糖+蜂蜜+奶油,拌匀
2,再把所有粉类加入,拌匀
3,揉成面团
4,冷藏30分钟
5,找块纸板,画好屋子的造型,剪下
6,把冷藏后的面团擀成合适的厚度,把剪下的屋子放擀好的面皮上,把多余面皮切掉
7,烤箱预热180度,烤10分钟
8,糖霜制作,用一个蛋白+一点白醋+糖粉打发
9,把烤好的饼干拼接
10,装饰

烤饼干的时候,最好用叉子戳些小洞,以防饼干膨胀
